ComicRack for Android 1.80 released
This release fixes the bug regarding external SD cards on Android 4.4 and above (KitKat, Lollipop). To still use your external SD card on these Android versions, please follow the description and guide in the FAQ section.
In short: If you've used CRA 1.79 on Android 4.4+ and had your main Comic folder set to your external SD card you've to change the folder to a different (readable) location after the upgrade. Just select one of the locations accessible via the home button in the folder selector. In the app preferences you can then select your current comic folder (which was read only) as the secondary comic folder.
It also fixes uploading of images to Twitter and ads an option to adjust the auto crop feature.
ComicRack 0.9.176 released
Yes ComicRack is still kicking :)
This release adds a side pane to the comic browser to quickly show and navigate to all headers in a grouped list.
It also fixes some longstanding bugs, including the one that broke in some cases updating plugins.
On the mobile front I'll push an update for the Android app in a few days. The iOS app will get an iPhone version and will be updated to iOS 8 in the coming weeks.
Site Performance Problems Solved
You may have noticed that the performance problems that plagued this site have been solved now. The whole site has been moved over the weekend to a new server and this seems to have done it.
Of course, this does not come without it's price.
So if you want to support this site and the whole ComicRack project, please use the donation page (which comes with the additional benefit of allowing you to activate your Window ComicRack version).
If you do not like the minimum donation amount of $15, please us this direct link below. Here you can enter any amount you want.
Performance Problems of the Website
I'm aware that this site has some performance issues since a few days (e.g. long page loading times).
I'll try to resolve the problems as fast as possible.
Thanks for your patience.
ComicRack 0.9.175 released
This should be the last of the fixes for the original 0.9.173 release.
This one also adds new settings in ComicRack.ini that can be used to finetune the timeout values for WiFi sync in case of problems.
Creating Smartlists with Drag & Drop
I made a small demo video to show how simple it is to create and modify Smartlists simply by drag & drop.

You need ComicRack 0.9.173+ for this to work.
