Hi there,
I've had this problem from the get-go on my Nook. Sometimes, usually after reading a couple of comics, a page will only display halfway. (So I get a blank screen with just the top or bottom half of the page showing.) Or sometimes not at all. I have to force stop the app and restart it to get them to display properly. It's really annoying....

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Which OS are you running? Version of CRA? Have you checked those that fail to see what type of images they are? CBZ or RAW CBR? What is your available memory and free space? I've been running CM10.2 for a while now with no issues. Haven't taken the leap to CM11 as I've heard all the issues people have with SD Cards on KitKat.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

Nook HD Plus
Software version 2.2.0
Android (I can't find which version)

I don't know what type of images fail but I can almost predict when it will happen. If I open too many comics, switch between them too quickly or even flick through a comic too quickly I can be almost guaranteed that some ages won't load.
They all seem to be .CBR format.

10.99GB free Internal Storage
15.69GB free SD card (comics are stored on SD card)

Do you use ComicRack for windows to transfer the files to your nook? If you do, the app can convert the files to a better format during the sync. Before I started doing that and would manually copy the files over a lot of files would cause problems, particularly cbr files.

I copy them straight over like I would any other file, I hadn't thought about trying through the app. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll give it a go.

Well, I finally got round to copying comics onto my Nook using the Comicrack PC program, but I'm still having the same problem.
