I had now months where my sync did not work. Today I found the solution

I can reproduce this error every time:
The moment I press "Sync Device" the "Windows Driver Foundation" is starting and using about 25% of CPU and CRW does not see CRA, neither on USB nor WiFi.
When I kill the process the sync over USB and WiFI starts immediately!

When I close CRW while it tries to sync but is blocked by "Windows Driver Foundation", the process goes back to 0% CPU immediately.
So this is not a coincidence, CRW does something on Windows 10 provoking this action. Is it using the Windows Driver Framework to connect to Android? Then this implementation seems to be buggy.
