Could you update the log output so if the old and new values are the same it won't display that as an update.

I'm testing things and when I run CRData on a book repeatedly it works fine, but nothing is actually changed so I would rather not see the list of things "updated"

Thanks

That's a very good idea. I will implement it. And thanks a lot for the conversion of your series group mappings.

It will be possible to remove "Annual" from Series with (I hope) the next release. There will be new "Remove" and/or "Replace" modifiers which will allow to do that.

<<Series:Wolverine>> <<Volume:2003>> <<Number.Range:13, 39>> => <<Imprint:Marvel Knights>>
<<Series:Wolverine>> <<Volume:2003>> <<Number.GreaterEq:40>> => <<Imprint:>>

Tested & Working

Just want to confirm if the rules are guaranteed to run in the order they are in the config file. It might make a difference for how some people write rules.

Oh, and +1 Karma

Yes, the rules run exactly in the order they are entered into the configuration. So something like:

<<Series:Avengers>> => <<Format:Main Series>>
<<Series:Avengers>> <<FilePath:Annual>> => <<Format:Annual>>

would do this:
1. set any book of series 'Avengers' to format 'Main Series'
2. set any book of series 'Avengers' where 'Annual' is in the file path to format 'Annual' (even if it was already touched by the first rule)
this would be the correct result you would expect

but
<<Series:Avengers>> <<FilePath:Annual>> => <<Format:Annual>>
<<Series:Avengers>> => <<Format:Main Series>>

would result in this: all books of Avenger would receive the format 'Main Series' (even those which were set to format 'Annual' by the first rule). So you have to be careful about the order of your rules indeed.

Examples:
<<SeriesGroup:Capitão América>>
<<SeriesGroup:Quarteto Fantástico>>
<<SeriesGroup:Titãs>>
<<SeriesGroup:Metrópolis>>
but you can solve this adding this line at top of the py file:
# -*- coding: utf-8 -*-
