This Plugin help to organize a group of comics for a reading order.

Order Example:
  • 01. Action Comics 1-9
  • 02. Justice League 1-6
  • 03. Action Comics 10-12 & Zero
  • 04. Animal Man 1-5
  • 05. Swamp Thing 1-3
This Script uses the field "StoryArc" to store the order formated (Position + Separator + Description), and uses 2 Custom Values (Could be defined in the Config Form) to represent de "Order Position" and "Order Name"

Example:
  • Order Position = 01
  • Order Name = Action Comics 1-9
  • StoryArc = 01. Action Comics 1-9

  • The Config Form

    you could define:
    • The Name of the Custom Field for "Order Position"
    • The Name of the Custom Field for "Order Name"
    • The Number of Zeros to Left-Padding
    • The Seperator to be used when set the StoryArc Value
  • The Main Form

    Have 5 Options:
    1. Set Order: Put the Position and Order Name in the custom values and set the StoryArc of the all selected comics
    2. Increase Order In: Increase the actual position of the selected comics in X. If you to put a group of comics in the Positions 3 and 4, you select all the comics int the actual position 3 and more and increase his order en 2
    3. Decrease Order In: Inverse of the previous option.
Note: The minimum value for a Order Postion is 0, for that reason if this option produce a negative number, it change for Zero
    4. Remove Order: Delete the Custom Values and set the StoryArc to Blank
    5. Write Current (Condition: Custom Values are defined): If you Change the Separator and want to be reflected in the comics this option rewrite the StoryArc with the current Custom Values
    6. Write Current (Condition Customs Values Not Defined but StoryArc has Formated): Split the StoryArc using the separator (Config Option) in to Position and Order Name and save the custom values
