Thanks for using this! Your code is much more complete than mine, so we are getting here the best of both worlds! I will keep updating the templates following suggestions in this thread and in the one for my script!
It is much better now that the 2 scripts have been merged, and we are actually moving forward very fast and effectively..

I was wondering if the Metadata info panel (now SeriesInfoPanel) could have a configuration screen (similar to that of CVS):

I would suggest that the name of the Series Info plugin (earlier metadata info plugin) be changed to simply "Info plugin"..
What do you say..? :unsure:

Anyways, the current background image of the plugin is pretty.. uninspiring ?
So, I have just fooled around with with some backgrounds.. let us see if you people find any of them worth incorporating as the backround image in the plugin..

New version: 0.7
- Moved notes to bottom
- Allow to show pages on issue template
- Removed 'book.' from Issue template
- It is now possible to use $Notes$ instead of {{ Notes }}

The main idea of this version is to make easier to edit the templates (even on a visual editor). There is a simplified issues template called issue2.html if someone whats to check out.

@ 600WPMPO
Add this to the end of issues.html , just before the </body> . I think you can guess what it does ;) (but it makes the script slow down a little)
<br>
{{ for i in range(1, 8) }}
	<img src="{{ book.GetPage(i, 0, 100) | url }}" height="100px" alt="Page {{ i }}">
{{ endfor }}

The script is almost perfect now.. +1 karma to pescuma for all the hard work !

However, I feel that the script has slowed down a little.. is it the filmstrips ?

New version: 0.8
- Skins
- Configure fields in options
- Added Small Wide skin (to see if info area is at bottom)

All features that I wanted to add are there, so (unless there are bugs) I'll assume this script to be finished.

If someone creates skins, I'll gladly add then to the plugin.

@ 600WPMPO
Yes, showing the pages makes the script slower, because I must load all pages from the comic and save then on a temporary folder (at least I think that is the reason).
Anyway, in new version, if you want to see then check the field 'First Pages' (don't need to change the html any more)

I asked cYo if he could provide a function to translate field names, but he has not replied yet. If you want I can add simple translation in a txt form.

Actually there's already a way to localize (see the scripts that come with ComicRack).

But currently scripts have no access to the comicrack internal translation lists. I could add access to lists like columns.xml (open one of the packs and look into the file).
