Another suggestion for improvement I would like to make is that each time I launch ComicRack I have to manually resize my info panel. I would like it to remember the last size when I close and re-launch ComicRack.

This is up to cYo :( . I am not sure if the "Save Workspace" includes this...

Here is another version with slightly better title formatting. Sorry for cluttering up your thread with multiple versions.

No prob! Once you get THE one, I will put it up in the front page!

Sweet... here it is I think. All the margins on this one line up really nicely and it looks really clean. I'm pretty happy with the way this one looks.

That's what I figured. I remember that he changed the list panel on the left to remember your sizing a few updates back so maybe he wouldn't mind doing the same for the info panel on the right.

This is what the final vertical version looks like, for anyone who is interested. As you can see, even with the list panel open on the left, everything fits very nicely.

Drybonz's version works the best for me..!

+1 karma for his dry bones ! ;)

One thing I'd like to know:

If suppose I wanted to just show the info like this (only notes, no creator info), what changes should I make in the html file ?

That'S easy! Open the file with Komposer, and you will get a nice visual representation of the page (no pics) where you can select and cut/supr what you do not need! you can as well change fonts, sizes, colors, add backgrounds... I encourage you to try, given your great visuals, you surely get something worth sharing here.

let me know if you run into problems, and I'll do it for you.

cheers :woohoo:

Yeah, Kompozer is awesome (and free). When you open the file you will see everything broken down into boxes and laid out like it actually looks (WYSIWYG). Just right click and delete the areas you don't want. Even a noob like me can do it. :P

Ok..I almost got it ! Thanks for kompozer.. it is really easy. A few queries though..

So, my setup comes like this:

Now, I would like this empty space (between the ratings & notes fields) removed, but can not get it to do so..

Another thing I wanted to ask.. how do I change the name of the script ? Suppose I wanted to rename it to "Review Info Panel" (for my use only), where do I make the changes ?

p.s. v0.5 reads v0.4 in the script manager, should be changed, i guess..

You should be able to click on the grey line area right above where it says "rating" and you will see a tiny little cursor... then you should be able to just hit "enter" a couple times to add a couple lines of space.

*edit* Oh, I'm sorry... you want to remove the space... I misread that. You should be able to click on any area once it is open in Kompozer and then you will see a light grey margin box on the left side. Try dragging those grey boxes to adjust the size of any area in your project. There may also be an empty cell there. If you right click that area and "select cell" it will highlight it and then you should be able to delete the empty area.
