I found this year's vote to be heavy on current releases at the expense of a few of the "classics", but not many suprises at the top of the list. I hope that CBR.com publishes the near misses as well as there were several notable runs that made the 2008 list that missed this time out.

And now to make it easier for those discovering this post in the future, here is a zip file with all 100 smart reading lists in one convenient download.

Once I finish double-checking my reading lists for dupes and gaps I'll also publish a zip with standard reading lists for those that prefer Comicrack to create placeholders for the missing issues.

Wow, thanks for those lists. They bring back some great memories. I don't have much of that electronic (only the marvel dvd's they made) but it's fun pulling in detail of other stuff and getting a preview. I have quite a bit of the DC stuff in paper but not electronic.

Thanks for all of these. I've been following since you started and it's an awesome addition to my CR list library. I found that I was only missing a small few of these books in my collection and have begun to fill in the gaps. Very cool + Karma. TY
