For example, I made a folder called 2010s and inside it I want Smart Lists for each year 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 based on Published Date. I can't seem to figure out the date format to enter. Anybody have this working? I seem to be only getting books from January for each year.

You can just use the "Year" field, like this
Name "2010"
Match [Year] equals "2010"
I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!

Name "2000s"
Match [Year] in range "2000" "2009"
Name "2010s"
Match [Year] in range "2010" "2019"

That would certainly be a lot easier. Didn't realize that was an option.
