Hi All

Looking for help with regards to reading lists. I have a text file with a list of comics in a particular order it only contains the title of the comic and number of each individual comic, part of the list is below in the format I describe.

L'agonie du léviathan 1
La course du léviathan 2
L'éveil du léviathan 3

Is there a way to import that text file into comicrack and have it grab the comics listed in that list to generate a list with??

Or do I need to manually go through my comicrack library and create the list that way.

you would need to transform your text file to match this format:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<ReadingList>
<Name>reading list name</Name>
<Books>

<Book Series="Comic Name" Number="1" Volume="2014"> </Book>
<Book Series="Other Comic" Number="1" Volume="2011"> </Book>

</Books> </ReadingList>

This would just be a matter of checking your volume numbers in your database and using lots of cut and paste or search and replace.
Still probably much easier than hand selecting them if the lists are long.
