Having some free time over the past few days, but being stuck in the office, I started (as you do) browsing youtube for random stuff. And, quite randomly, I came across this (in my opinion) little jem:

Death of Spider-Man Motion Comic

And have come across another couple of them, but this one was especially well-made.

Obviously it's not the same as reading the actual thing, but I think this could be a new, interesting idea, to present comic books. The animation of flames, electricity, smoke, etc, really made this come to life. I wonder if, with the ever-growing popularity of digital comics, we may be seeing something like this directly from the publishers.

Marvel is already including an AR (augmented reality) feature in many of its comics (I first tried it out with Superior Spider-Man #1), and I think it's a nice little treat.

Has anybody else come across motion comics like this one? care to share some links with the rest of us?
I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!

Marvel actually did motion comics a few years ago (maybe 5 or 6) with a Spider-Woman series. It died kind of quickly though because their motion comic writers couldn't keep up with the release schedule of the regular books. The motion comic books themselves were really well done though.

If you subscribe to Netflix streaming, almost all of the Marvel Motion comics are available. Spider-Woman, Thor & Loki, Iron Man and others.

It's a pity they didn't do better as they are quite enjoyable.

Some of my favorites are Astonishing X-Men they broke this up into 2 "seasons" Astonishing and Dangerous covering the first two story arcs of Joss Whedon and John Cassaday's run.

MTV did the first 6 issues of Invincible, which is unfortunately the Corey Walker issues but I love that comic. The still have it on their website.

And the NSFW ones I'd say Watchmen and Sparticus.

That was quite interesting. It made a bit more sense after reading the description. I'm sure it would have made even more sense if I was high while watching it.... but the words go by slightly fast for me, a high person would never be able to keep up with the speed of the animations.

Anyways, I gave you a thumbs up for out of the boxness.

Thanks for the input buddy! I am still trying to work out and fine tune the Fantasia thingy! Honest feedback like yours, tells us more when we expose it. I will do my best with making sure that the timing comes out better in episode 1 chapter 2 or hope for a voice over :) I just hope that your eyes and ears can work together when high :P a possible remake for this one will be great if the mr music man blesses us with a remix!
but its gonna take the first 3 parts of the 1st book or episode to show the full perspective. hopefully if the music rolls in intime we will have part 2 by the beginning of next month
and thanks for subscribing :)
