General Rules
  • No Comic scans are allowed on this site. Do not ask for them, do not ask where else you can find them,do not tell us where they are, do not tell us where you found them. We do not share copyright material. Support the comic industry; buy your own comics.
  • If you choose to post a link it should benefit everyone and must not be a site of the following categories: web hosting, referrals, affiliation, warez forums, sites that require registration, subscription or a fee to access.
  • The only language spoken/written on this forum is English.
  • Create a new thread in "Introductions" for your first post.
  • Only one account per member is allowed.
  • Flaming other members or other forums will lead to a warning, possibly even a ban. Treat others as you would wish to be treated yourself. Even if you disagree/differ in opinion, treat others positively and with respect.
  • Trades of any kind and selling are not allowed. It's considered a trade any time the situation is "If you do this, I'll do that" and selling is offering a product, service, etc. for money. The staff do not appreciate members trying to get around these rules, so please avoid attempting to do so.

Posting Rules
  • New members must access the "Rules" section and should make an introductory post in the "Introductions" section before posting in other threads. The introductory post is not mandatory, but is considered overall as a good posting etiquette.
  • Topics must be submitted to the relevant forums. Please read the forum descriptions before posting.
  • Topic titles must have an appropriate description.
  • Excessively replying to your own topics to gain first page exposure is not allowed. Replies such as: 'You're welcome', 'no problem', 'thanks for replies', 'new links' or similar are only allowed a maximum of twice per page.
  • Double posting is discouraged. It means that you should not reply twice in a row in any topic. Use the edit button when altering your reply if you're the last to post in the topic. However, in the "Comic Art" section or in threads which require daily updates, users are allowed to double post as long as the context is substantial and relevant to the thread.
  • Content of posts should not be explicit, offensive, or shocking. Posting content concerning pornography, racism or pedophilia shall result in an immediate ban.
  • No topic hijacking (going off topic).
  • Removal/editing of moderated messages is not allowed.
  • The use of unusual presentation methods within topic titles and descriptions with the intent to gain attention is not allowed.
  • While discussing comics, don't put spoilers in the topic titles. Just write the comic title and issue number followed by [spoilers contained]. We don't want to ruin comics for anyone.
  • In the " News and Announcements" section, we announce new versions of comic rack with detailed change-logs, and members may post their opinions regarding the updates. Developers are requested to make a new thread in the news and announcements section to post major updates of their scripts with change-logs.

Warning Rules
  • Members who disobey the rules will be warned or banned depending on what the moderator believes is the appropriate punishment.
  • If you do not know why you received a warning, a private message would have been sent to notify you of the reason why you were warned and who warned you.
  • If you believe you do not deserve the warn please contact the moderator who warned you. Talking back to the moderator who gave you the warning with no sense of respect will lead to further warnings, or even a ban.


Comicrack.cyolito.com may amend these rules from time to time. Accordingly, you should periodically re-visit this section to review the then-current rules concerning your use of this website.
