You're amazing!...I will grant you one feature wish (if it is a small one)
You have the power to make the tips n tricks (TNT) manual obsolete.... just by granting the features that I have tried to sneak in by workarounds...(mis)uses!
p.s. I am so happy to see that the TNT manual has made it to the ComicRack News page! :)

The text used for the page headings is kinda hard to read sometimes.
I can easily change that in the next edition/revision. Please also do look up for some typos. Also, any other suggestion is most welcome..
I also wanted to do a section on your excellent Library Organizer, but since the new (major) update will take some time, I postponed that section for the next edition. :)

I hate you sooooooooo much 600! I've not even finished the chapter 4 of the full manual and you're releasing a new one...Anyway, good job, as ever and send me the indd files, as ever as well
I was busy with the manual for past few days, I'll try uploading your remaining chapters pretty soon.

Awesome manual! Lots of things I didn't know! :)

One question: You mentioned on the last page something about a Comicrack IOS App. So there's an idea of bringing this fabulous Comic Reader to Apple iPads?

The last page gives apparent features ('solutions') which, if they were there, would not require the 'tweaking' (aka misusing) of the excellent ComicRack software, as examplified in the TNT manual. If you had an iOS app, you wouldn't have read the 'Rack on a Mac' section, would you? B)

The official answer to your query is "Not in the near future, probably never. And don't ask why".

Lol, thanks.

But just needed confirmation, as I intend to buy an Android Tablet just for reading my Comics on Comicrack! :D

The new manual is selling like hotcakes! :)

Already, more than 200 downloads in 1 day....

p.s. I don't know, for some reason, the 4th edition of the ComicRack Manual has crossed 20,000 downloads, while the 5th edition has not even managed 1000...

My fault.
The "official" download link on this site still links to the 4th edition. I just checked.

As a matter of fact, eBooks are the thing that made me discover CR so long ago...

If you had followed on my proposal, you could've had it done without even having to actually do it :P

Don't worry about the chapters from the main manual, I managed to get them. And I mailed you that fact :p

I was talking about the indd files from this new freaking manual you just pulled out of nowhere ^^

And, as mentioned earlier, the font used for the TOC, the Solutions? and the descriptions of the different downloads is a little bit toot tricky to read. You should change it to something else.

Another thing ; did you check if the fonts you used support special characters? Like é è ê ë à â ä ç É Ê È Ë etc...

Just mentioning this since I had to change some fonts from the main manual to one that supported these :p
Working on re-uploading the FR manuals.

An awesome job on this tips and tricks manual.

Did you know that you could convert cbr to cbz, in bulk, and with one right click? I didn't!
This has solved a massive problem I've had for a few years now when I "converted" all my cbr files to cbz by changing the file suffix... (OK, OK, stupid thing to do, I know that now!)

Now I have just tested it, and ComicRack is able to convert my 'bodgy' cbz files to valid cbz files, thereby saving me 100's of hours of maintenance. How often does that happen?
