Regarding the comment about cdisplay, i can only imagine the reason he is still quite known is due to it's simplicity and speed to open files.
Most users don't even search for softwares with more functions like comicrack.

I've used cdisplay for quite a while, until i needed a function it didnt't have and discovered it was never going to be updated. Only then did i search for another viewer.

I havent't tried comical though, but i'm sure comicrack is a 100% better :)

So far, so good on the update!

When I first started reading eComics, I downloaded three different viewers. ComicRack was the first one I installed, and the only one I have ever used. Why would you want to settle for the DeSoto when you can have the Ferrari?

Going to download the latest version now...

Thank you for adding the global sharpening filter... most appreciated.

As far as CDisplay goes... I imagine maybe it is more well known because it was the only thing that was available in the beginning? Not sure... I can't imagine anyone using CDisplay after having tried ComicRack.

Tablet PC's/Slates are going to take off this year and I think there is going to be a big demand for comic readers (Marvel even has their own app for the iPad now) and ComicRack is by far the best for the PC, so maybe people will start to catch on more.

cYo, could you explain these two things?
* NEW: "Include in Updates" for WebComics
* CHANGE: BrowseScraper now supports multiple levels
Does the first mean that WebComics are updated with the rest of the library? (I thought they already were?
And does the second mean that you can dig through multiple pages like you can with the IndexScraper?

I've put up a blog entry about ComicRack on my blog and even have suggested all my Facebook, Orkut, Twitter, Gmail and personal friends to read eComics using ComicRack.

So there's my small contribution to spreading the word! :)
