have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it? ejecting the sd card and re inserting it? sometimes these simple fixes work...

The OK button is disabled it the selected folder is not readable or writable (e.g. sdcard not inserted, system folder). Is it only disabled on the external sd card?

I do not understand this android eco system out there. There seem to be lot of Xoom users not having any problems. Any Xoom user can offer any help and/or had a similar problem?

ok just so we are clear:

Open Comic Rack
top right side click the 4 horizonal lines then click preferences

under the heading "Comic Rack - General Preferences for Comic Rack" click the location of files---

click up till all the options are greyed out except cancel. then click removable (i'm guessing here) then is there a option for micro sd? if yes hopefully...click that. Then there should be a comics folder in the root of the sd card. click where it says comics.... then click ok. When you go back to the main page if it doesn't auto scan go back to the upper right corner and select refresh library...this should work

I think I have found the solution for my problem.
It was a new SD-Card, formatted in Fat32.
It has to be formatted in NFTS.
So I'm formatting it now and will reinstall all my comics.
Then the problem wil hopefully be resolved...

Thanks anyway for all your kind and useful reactions...
