With 1.54 I could order my comics by filename and stack comics that were part of the same series. Now with 1.55 I can only do one or the other. Using stacks throws my comics out of order.

If there is some other way of maintaining order (I put numbers infront of the names) please let me know so i can continue to use the stack feature.

Also, the new update has added forward slashes to each of my folders on the left panel. The older updates used to only showbthe folder names.

When stacked the stackes are sorted by the stacking criteria (in this case series). It seems not out of order to me...

But 1.55 now support multi level stacking by folder. Maybe you should try this.

If you look at the comic names you will see they are ordered 1, 3, 6, 5, 2, 4 when they should be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

They are ordered by series:

01-Evolution
03-Redemption
...
Incursion
Inquisition

Oh I see, it lists stacks first then singles, correct? How would I go about getting them mixed back together so they are listed in numerical order again?

No, it sorts them by series.
"01" comes before "C"

you have to add leading numbers to the other series also.

I see now.
This is a consequence of the changes to the file name parser. He interprets the numbers at the end as series numbers as there is none other.
Add a #01 at the end of each file.

Actually I do not know if I should call this a bug or a feature...
