I am a new user user to the Comic Rack android app. I have the program running on my desktop and have been using wireless sync. My question is i have several storylines that i want to keep together. For example the Infinity Guantlet. The series also crossed over to other books. I guess i'm asking if i can create a reading list to keep the issues in order and keep them in one stack?

I bought the app as soon as i tried it! Awesome job!!!!!!!

  • Select all comics that you want to include in the Infinity Gauntlet group.
  • Right-click and open the Info dialog.
  • Write Infinity Gauntlet in the Alternate series field.
  • Click OK.
  • Now make a new smart list with the criteria "Alternate series is Infinity Gauntlet"

p.s. If you don't understand any of this, you need to read the manual. ;)

600, this post is in the Android section. >.<

That said, right down I don't think there IS any way to do this except to make the list in ComicRack Windows and sync it over. If you want to keep them in order, though, you'll need to either give them alternate numbers or just use a normal reading list and manually order it, instead of using a smartlist.

This is basically the same problem as in CRW. You need to make some kind of list which contains all the books.

i have a list that i created. when i snyc it copies all of the books over and puts the series in seperate stacks. for example Infinity Gauntlet, Silver Surfer, and Quasar. I would like one stack that contains all of the series. i can do this by just copying the folder over and using folder view..but the sync seems to shrink size and is just a better way for me. is this possible?

i have tried alt numbers as well.

and for anyone that wanted to know the Transformer is awesome for Comics!

Yes Shin... since currently one couldn't do this in Android, so he should make a list in windows using the steps I suggested and then on android, sort the list by storyline.

is it possible to display the comics by alt number in the app? for example i have a list created and when i click on the list all the books are stacked and ordered by the alt number.

i have the complete marvel chronology and when i read the storylines the alt number order is important
