When I sync with my note 2 everything goes fine (although I have to sync to my device instead of SD card apparently a situation that has to do with the new encryption protocol implemented by the new android upgrade) but when I sync via wifi or usb certain comics do not sync. No matter what I do they don't get synced.
What I did was add all the comics manually including the ones that don't sync. They could be read, but when I organized them by storyline they were not organized where they were supposed to be. I am wondering if anyone can help me with this. They are all cbz files.

It all depends on how you've set your smartlists to sync and how much space you have on the device vs. how many comics are set to sync.
If you post more details, we can figure out what's happening

It's a note 2 with 16gb. I also have a 32gb card. I use a smartlist but I also made a normal list with the same comics to test and the same thing happened. What I'm doing is syncing 100 comics at a time unread only, sorted by alternate series. This specific block of comics (about 6) are of different series but the alternate series I use as a storyline (in this case House of M) to organize. Only these specific comics do not get copied. If I do it manually I can read them ( i don't think they're corrupted) but they do not fall into the alternate series organization I have them in on my pc (in which they are in their rightful place). I don't know what else to add. I know this is not a REAL problem but I like to organize things and this irks me.

Hmm. Could it be something to do with the archives? Have you tried exporting them to .cbz to let ComicRack repack them? Sometimes it has problems with solid archives.

Try the export function and see if that could be it.

just tried exporting them, didn't work. It's strange because it's a very specific amount of comics in a very specific place of the list. I've marked them as unchecked unread and nothing.

I'm at a loss then.
I'm guessing you already checked, but is there any error displayed in the transfer window?

No, none. I don't understand it. I unzipped them and recreated the comics from scratch. Did everything all over again. erased the old ones added the new ones and still the same thing in the same place. I tried this with a new list, a new smartlist and the same thing. It's very weird.

No. In my list I have four Incredible Hulk's; 83, 84, 85, 86. They all have basically the same info on them, the only thing that changes is the number and the alternate series number, but the only one that appears on my sync is the last one, 86. The others are not copied nor when manually added are they in the right order.

That's all I could think of.. Try posting a screenshot of your list from CRW, possibly in list view, and a screencap of the list from CRA
