I think I've set something up incorrectly in the Ongoing profiles as I get this error on every book I run it on:

06 Ongoing:
Failed: L:\Comics\0-Day Comics\82.The Lightning Saga\05.Justice League of America 10.cbr
Message: because an error occured. The error was: Access to the path is denied.

ComicRack reads the path and I can access the books there to read them but I keep getting this error when running the sequential profiles.Help......:(

Let us try...

Try running the Ongoing profile against a single book.

Try running it on a book where the names don't contain dots. (#Justsaying)

Does anyone have a mirror for the files? 2shared is struggling and I'm trying to get started with this program?

EDIT: Not to worry, noticed the dropbox link I hadn't seen earlier. Leads me to questions about how the process actually works though. For things like 'Series Complete' do we have to find and add this information manually?

Any chance you could upload the profiles and smartlists used in the tutorial again?

Pardon my stupidity, I am mechanically inclined, but not programming....
What do I do with these files? Do I just drop them in a directory and restart the program and presto, there they are? It sounds like a whole bunch of typing. I'd love to get all my 0-days into a publisher directory list. I have a section for my readers that is organized by publishers and the files are edited renamed to the title and year, but it's not as good as the script makes it sound, I have a directory with 0-days,folders like:
f:/toshiba1_5tb/Comics/0 Days
0-day 11.26.2012
0-day 11.19.2012
and going back several months. I'd like to keep the 0-days folder as is on another drive for backup purposes, but for my readers i'd like to do it by publisher like the script advertises.
Even with the guide I just can't get my head around it and what to do with the folders and such in that zip folder.

I can rip apart an auto engine and slap it back together in no time but this stuff here is all jibberish to me.
As with the mechanical stuff, you need the right quality tool. Comicrack is a great, powerful quality tool, but I fear I am using it like someone would use a leatherman multi-tool for just the knife. Anyone can figure out how to open it and use the knife but can't grasp all the rest....

Help!
