I think I could live with this. BEHOLD!

(I'm still looking for something to replace my Xoom (criteria: 4g, card slot, better screen, is that so wrong?). I had my hopes up for Verizon's new Note 10.1, but at $600 and the same resolution and DPI as my present 2 year old tablet I'm at a loss for words.

ANYWAY, all that's prelude to this.)

Sweet Jesus that ASUS AIO is breathtaking. I'm curious though how ComicRack works with auto-rotation in Windows 8. Anyone have any experience with that?

Does anyone have any experience with >13" tablets? I'm pondering replacing my Yoga with a 15", but I'm afraid of the weight issue.

I'm fed up of waiting for a 11 inch tablet (all sizes) to grow up and do everything a PC can do - with in reason - so want to get a cheapo till then

It's been my experience (in general) that one should NEVER buy a cheap tablet. You'll end up dissatisfied & frustrated. Wait. Or, if you can, spend on a quality tablet.

It has an Android OS so you'll be able to download Comirack off of the Google store and it will work fine.

I got a kindle fire HD 7" last year as a gift and 95% of what I use that for is just reading comics and Im happy with it. A 10" to me would almost be almost as good as the paper comic but without that great ink smell.

I say if you're going to buy a tablet now days, I wouldn't settle for anything less than one with a minimum full HD (1080p) display that doesn't skimp on the pixel density. If the prices for those aren't within your budget, it won't take much longer for them to trickle down to your range. Plus with holiday deals in full swing I'm sure you can find a limited time special pricing somewhere on the internet as long as you keep a watch out for them.
