Hi,

I read that Comickrack can manage PDFs as well as acrobat if ghostscript is installed on the computer. I have it installed (some time before comicrack), but comicrack won't import PDFs properly (it only imports the images contained in the pdf).
Is there a way to indicate to comicRack where to find ghostscript ?

I would appreciate some help on this, this feature is VERY important to me !;)

uninstall your old ghostscript version
reinstall a current version and there you go

If you use the 64 bit version, you have to install the 64 bit ghostscript.

Actually, I'm having the same problem and reinstalling Ghostscript didn't fix it for me. I have GPL Ghostscript 8.61 32-bit installed on Windows Vista Business 32-bit and ComicRack 0.9.80. I don't see text on the few PDFs that I've tried. I see page thumbnails, but again just for the images in the pdf (I'm guessing that you can still see thumbnails even though ComicRack isn't using Ghostscript correctly?).

Is there some way to check that ComicRack is finding Ghostscript properly? Does it expect Ghostscript to be on a particular path? I have Cygwin installed as well- could that possibly be conflicting with Ghostscript?

Thanks for the great program ;)
