In order to write the comicinfo.xml file to the CBZ file a flag is either set or dates compared or something to the that effect to determine which files require updating. Running the scraper always sets it whether something is updated or not.

Anyway, what I would like to do is have it so when I rescrape things, if nothing is updated then that flag doesn't get set. When bulk rescraping from existing tags, for instance, I might get 20-50 actual updates for every 2000 books, but currently every book gets flagged as an update and rewrites the comicinfo for all 2000 books when I run "Update All Book Files".

I can't find a way to do this currently, so I guess I'm vying for a enhancement request, but don't know whether to request it as part of the the main application or the scraper.
