Is there anyway to automate it (by script or through the program) to delete all the files in the .zip that have been marked as deleted in ComicRack?

My entire library consists of .zip files and quite a few of them have images marked as "Deleted". However, I don't use the built in reader (I prefer the speed of CDisplay with the "Open with" script) so I don't really get to see it in action.

That and I wouldn't mind having the files take up less space. Plus doing this manually for the huge number of files is a pain in the butt.

Try exporting them to cbz. I think pages marked as Deleted won't be exported. There is also the option to delete the source files (the zip files in your case). Either way, you shouldn't lose any of your ComicInfo data.
