I don't like this new remove from list feature, for the following reasons:

1) I will probably never use it, because that's what smartlist rules are for

2) It stole the <Del> hot key from "Remove from Library"

3) Now, in order to remove something from the Library, I have to check the "Additionally remove the books from the Library" box EVERY #@$%@#$%ING TIME

I'm certain there are people who really like this, and I don't begrudge them having it- but could you at least make it less annoying, by, say, making it be it's own option in the menu and giving it a different hotkey, like <Backspace>, instead?

Edit: I'd also be fine if either one was changed to, for example <Alt>+<Del>, as long as they get separated.

Wouldn't persistent checkmarks solve this?

Yeah, I suppose that'd work too.

And BTW, hitting Ctrl+Del always deletes the eComic. No questions asked.

How much deletion?

Just from the Library?

From the Library and into the Recycle Bin?

Completely from the hard drive?

Because it makes a big difference which one it is. Just removing from the Library isn't enough, because it'll just come back next time CR is started.

Delete is delete from disk.
I should honor your default setting for recycle bin, though.

So, I tried it, and it's not doing that. It's removing it from the list and that's all.

It's possible that it'll remove it from the Library and move it to the bin if I'm looking at the comic in the Library folder, and not a sub-folder or list, but that's, if anything, a more annoying process than having to check that box every time.

Edit: Yes, IFF I'm looking at it in the main Library folder, it'll move it to the bin and take it out of the Library, but otherwise it just removes it from the list I'm currently in.

(And that's the programmer's iff, not a misspelling.)

I somewhat agree with eyeonus.

Maybe, adding the 'Also move to recycle bin' to the delete dialog would be a quick-fix..

If you check the first box, the "remove to bin" box appears. Unlike the "remove from library" box, it'll stay checked between deletions.
