maybe this is something only I've experienced. But oftentimes when I use the optimize size I've ended up with pages which were aweful when zooming in. I don't mean anything special but perhaps some selectable resolutions; for those using "older" tablets and those with hd screens or running at "full hd"?

You can set that stuff in the ComicRack.ini
; Compression Quality (a neutral value would be ~75)
; SyncOptimizeQuality = 65

; This is the maximum height for optimized pages
; SyncOptimizeMaxHeight = 1500

; If true make a modest sharpening
; SyncOptimizeSharpen = false

Here my settings:

; Compression Quality (a neutral value would be ~75)
SyncOptimizeQuality = 40

; Use WebP if supported by device (slower)
SyncOptimizeWebP = true

; This is the maximum height for optimized pages
SyncOptimizeMaxHeight = 2560

; If true make a modest sharpening
; SyncOptimizeSharpen = false

; override the method for resizing pages during sync optimization (valid are FastAndUgly, FastBilinear, FastBicubic, BilinearHQ, OpenGl, GdiPlus, GdiPlusHQ, BestQuality)
SyncResampling = BestQuality
