I'm running ComicRack on Windows 8.1 in Parallels on a MacBook Pro w/ Retina display. Windows 8.1 looks pretty junky by default with a 2K display, but by zooming on fonts and icons (200% seems to be good) everything looks okay. However the toolbars, their icons, and a few other UI elements look out of whack. Maybe there is a way to make this render better.

I also strongly vote for this feature. On my Dell XPS 15 with QHD display @3200x1800 the icons look veeeery very tiny, almost unfindable, the thumbnails on the library pane (covers of books in library) are also a bit smaller than wanted.
All icons definitely need to get bigger for high DPI displays... so please, please...

I Suscribe this. I have a Dell 15.6"" Laptop with 4K resolution (3840x2160) and the icons of toolbars are practically invisible. The text is small but is configurable in windows, but not all the text in comicrack, like Tree or text down the covers.
