This release finally adds support for import/export of reading lists.

Reading lists have the extension .CBL and contain a reference to all the eComics. When ComicRack imports the list, it tries its best to match the entries to the eComics available its own Library.

Other new features include exporting eComics directly from the Library List (so no need to open them anymore) and copy & paste of lists for quick duplication.

As usual a bunch of bugs has been fixed and some new introduced.
