This should be the final beta build.
If there are no big problems, this one will make it to the official 0.9.94.

There are quite some changes compared to b2:

• The OpenGL renderer has been fine tuned
• A new (and hopefully better) design for the overlay panels in the reader.
• A new navigation panel in the reader
• Minimal user interface has changed quite a bit
• Lots of bug fixes in the converter/exporter and other places.
