I'm noticing that some of my smartlists are empty when shared and others aren't. Is it possible that tag-only searches don't come across sharing correctly?

If you can tell me some metrics on which are sharing and which do not?

For instance, I have a smart list of Tags contains "SuperNewCV". It finds about 20 books in the local instance, but when shared the list is empty.
