You mean the original CBR's?

I believe thats deliberate, in order not to introduce duplicates when exporting - personally, i depend on it acting this way on my usual usage.

As a "work-around", i'd suggest copying the files you need to convert to a folder not inside your library folders, then browsing to it using the "Folders" tab and converting from there (ie, not straight from the library view).

But you probably know that already

No, I mean, it converts the file to .cbz then removes it from the library altogether. No .cbr, no .cbz. The file remains in the location, but it's removed from the library.

It looks like if you go in through the Export menu and use the "Convert to CBZ" preset, this works normally.

Ok, i misunderstood you then. I always go through the export menu, so i never got hit by this.

I checked this and it works for me.
Make sure to set the correct options (either Replace or check Add to library).

I use the right-click menu to convert to .cbz as well, and I got the same result: less books in my library after the conversion. Had me freaked out for a second, until I checked the folders from Windows and the files were still there!

I have a similar problem here. When I use the Export-Feature with "Same Folder Replace in Library" it simply deletes the file.

Edit: With the Update to 0.9.123 everything works fine again. Thanks Cyo.
