I was far from the comics scripts world for several months and now i'm very confused. I tried to read pages and pages of threads without having a clear vision.

I was using the Pythons comicinfo scripts and everything was fine. Then something happened and it's not possible to use them anymore.

Then several projects started and here I need your help to understand. Is there around some script to run as a batch on a directory to extract information from some db? Or we are talking about some script added to ComicRack for a single comic?

We are talking about using scripts within comic rack, you can select a bunch of them and run a script, in much the same way the old comicinfo script did.

I still use the old comicinfo script for sorting comics as the renaming bit still works great.
