Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble getting the scripting console to appear using the -dso and -ssc arguments?

I'm using vistax64

The debug output window and the script optimization are configurable items via the ComicRack.ini file found in the ComicRack installation folder.

Actually a bug.
ComicRack.ini overwrites values from the command line.
I'll fix it in the next release.
