I want to make a note plugin.

Not just a description for one comic book,

but many notes(RTF format) on each pages,

this is used for translating manga/comic.


But, seems there is no API can control display ,such as draw , drawstring etc.

currently you can not make notes for each page.
It is a planed feature for the future (info overlays, translation layer, etc.)

I've done a such simple program based on Gnawer's Overlay.

Hope it will help you, better you can add support for its layer file or integrated its function in Comicrack.
