Preferences -> Enable flowing Mouse scrolling

Simple question: what does this option do? I haven't noticed any change in behaviour.

Shameless bump

What's this option for? Anyone? cYo?

I'm asking because I'm unsure how to translate this in localization...

I'm unsure if this is a proper english description

Basicalliy if you have hardware acceleration on you get this IPhone effect where you can kinda move the page with the mouse and when you release the button it still keeps on moving (but decelerates).

Thanks! Mystery solved.

Cool little thing. I'm testing it right now. Maybe that just me and my mouse but it feels too sensitive. It should move the page more if I move mouse fast and release. And probably does but not always. Sometimes it does not recognize that i moved mouse and released button so there is no movement of the page at all.

I'm also unsure how to translate this in relatively short way. maybe there should be little tooltip when you hover this option in preferences to explain people what it does. Well, such tooltips for some other options could be helpful too for beginning users.

Thanks again.
