I just installed Comicrack and all the pages i open with it appear to have this square shaded patch in the top left corner.
Heres an image. img249.imageshack.us/img249/451/63079482.png Its clearly visible here img101.imageshack.us/img101/858/74838673.png How can i remove that? |

I have a similar problem - not quite the same... when reading the comics there is no problem, but when closed there is an after-image in the top left hand corner which remains until another comic is opened or I go full-screen.
It is more of an irritant than anything else. |

What OS are you running? And are you running the latest CR?

probably won't help, but try using some background image? maybe it'll make this glitch less visible. ;]

From the looks of it, one texture has not been correctly mapped. This may have to do with memory. The problem goes away if hardware accel is turned off I guess.
Try to minimize the memory used by the OpenGl renderer (via command line or comicrack.ini). You can also try to switch to 16 bit textures (which will reduce memory consumption by half). |

Not sure I understood everything there, but got enough to take steps to remedy it... seems to have done the job, thanks very much!
