TOPIC: Missing "List" Menu! Help!

HELP!! I cannot create any lists as I cannot find the appropriate buttons on the menu. The manual says they should be there, but (as the uploaded screenshot will show) I can't find 'em for the life of me! What am I doing wrong?

It seems you have toggled the sidebar off. Click the browser grip to turn it back on.

Thank you. I should have known there was another of those browser grips lurking somewhere; there are just so many of them! Anyway, have a karma point on me...
